We offer a large selection of used EUR pallets. They have damage approved for use. Those are:

  • the gray color of the palette, resulting from the natural aging process of the wood, which does not adversely affect its value
  • boards are cracked as long as the edges of the cracks do not diverge
  • have a slight wane, no bark
  • pallets with an unrecognizable or damaged bracket marking, as long as the corresponding bracket on the other side is marked correctly and recognizable
  • pallets after repair, provided that the repair is confirmed with a certification nail. Wooden elements used for repair must be new and undergo mandatory thermal treatment.
  • pallets with edge boards chipped, provided that the splitting depth does not exceed 2 cm and more than 1 nail is visible.
  • pallets that have cracked supports, as long as no nail is visible.
  • pallets with cracks in the middle and side stringers, provided that they still rest on the adjacent supports with their entire surface.

Clean, “as new” looking palettes are classified as 1st quality. Dirty pallets with visible signs of wear are 2nd quality.

INADMISSIBLE DAMAGES
  • of the middle and side stringers
  • no cutters on the upper edges of the bottom boards
  • incorrect marking on the supports
  • board with splitting showing two or more nails
  • traces of decay, fungus or caries.
  • support with nail splitting
  • unlicensed nails and / or irregular nails, nails protruding above boards.
  • general bad technical condition, min.
    • persistent contamination (e.g. with oil or cement)
    • use of unacceptable structural elements – planks, brackets, nails
    • wrong component positioning
